What is Transformational PresenceSM Coaching? Everything in our world is changing. Long-standing approaches in community, business, and government are no longer working. As coaches and leaders we have the opportunity to help transform our world. Transformation, however, is a process that happens from within. It is a result of quantum shifts causing the whole of one’s being or the whole of an organization to vibrate to a new frequency. Transforming our world begins with “showing up” to leadership and coaching with a personal presence that is itself transformational. Transformational PresenceSM Coaching facilitates quantum shifts within clients. Alan Seale brings a new paradigm of coaching that is grounded in the understanding that life is energy in motion. Through this understanding, we can align ourselves with “what wants to happen” and become stewards for the greatest potential waiting to unfold in our lives, communities, businesses, organizations, and governments. We can break through old paradigms and create new and sustainable ways of being and doing for a greater good. We can bring together vision and understanding with action and service. Transformational PresenceSM Coaching employs tools and concepts that are not yet in the mainstream consciousness, yet are emerging on the periphery. In this program, we start with simple models that can speak to anyone, recognizing patterns in who we are and how we approach life and work. From there we open the door to the intuitive mind as the larger mind that encompasses the intellect yet also accesses the greater Consciousness. We explore ancient wisdom teachings of how life works and discover the science behind those teachings through the basic principles of quantum theory. We learn to recognize emerging potential in any situation or circumstance and partner with that potential for breakthroughs and outcomes that far surpass what we might have thought was possible. We acknowledge that how we approach our current circumstances—whether we focus on solving problems or creating a new world, giving energy to old paradigms or living into emerging potential—can become the model for future generations and the next great cycle of human history. We are the stewards of our present and future. Our world is at a tipping point and we are the best hope for a bright and sustainable future. The practical and direct approach of Transformational PresenceSM Coaching takes big ideas and concepts and makes them understandable and immediately applicable in today’s rapidly changing world. What will I learn?
How is the program structured? Transformational PresenceSM Coaching is offered in a 5-day immersion format and as teleclass-based training program. The teleclass-based program meets weekly for 29 weeks, each session lasting approximately an hour and a half. In both versions of the program, sessions are interactive and experiential and include both learning Transformational PresenceSM Coaching core fundamentals and direct application through coaching practicums. This program is designed for both aspiring and experienced coaches as well as leaders who wish to incorporate this approach and skill-set into their work. Our goal is to offer new approaches, new ways to think, and leading-edge skills and tools that will support you in being a highly successful, dynamic and effective coach and/or leader, regardless of your niche or specialty. The bonus is that you also step more fully into your own Transformational PresenceSM.
Certification is available for those who would like to have this credential to support their work. There are two pathways to certification. For those who already have an ICF-recognized certification, certification requirements are:

The partner coaching assignments built personal, intimate connections that one does not always find in other courses.
