Founder, Director, and Principal Coach

Alan Seale is an award-winning author, inspirational speaker, leadership and transformation coach, and spiritual mentor. His first book, Intuitive Living: A Sacred Path, received the prestigious Coalition of Visionary Resources Award for Best Book in Spirituality 2001.  His other books include Soul Mission  Life Vision (2003), The Manifestation Wheel: A Practical Process for Creating Miracles (2008), and The Power of Your Presence (2009). 

Alan maintains a full workshop schedule throughout North America, Scandinavia, and Europe.  He currently serves on the faculties of the International Coach Academy, and the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership program of The Graduate Institute in Connecticut. He has also served on the faculties of Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, Chautauqua Institution, the New York Open Center, Wainwright House, New York City's Learning Annex, and the Boston Learning Society, as well as been a guest teacher at Coachutbildning Sverige (Coach Training Sweden).  Alan was a featured presenter at the International Coach Federation annual conference in 2003 and 2006, and has been a guest presenter for many regional chapters of the International Coach Federation.   Truly a global coach, Alan currently serves clients from four continents who are committed to bringing extraordinary gifts to the world.

Earlier in his professional life, Alan enjoyed an extensive career as a professional singer and voice teacher in New York City.  He has appeared in cabaret and concert throughout the United States and Europe, and as a soloist with the New York Philharmonic, New York City Opera National Company, and the Spoleto Festival (Italy and USA). He can be heard as singer/songwriter on his solo CD recording, “Child of the Moon”.  His voice students include dramatic soprano Brigitte Pinter and Broadway stars Marc Kudisch, James Barbour, and Graham Rowat.   

Alan is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation, a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute and The New Seminary.  He received additional coach training through the Organization Relationship and Systems Coaching program of the Center for Right Relationship.  He holds a Master of Music in Voice from Westminster Choir College in Princeton, NJ, and a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Transylvania University in Lexington, KY.


David RobinsonDavid Robinson, CTPC

David Robinson is a strong artistic leader and coach with extensive experience in theatre, visual art, creativity, and education innovation. After 20 years of professional directing experience, David now designs programs for academic and corporate environments utilizing theatre techniques to discover the creative impulse. As a life long visual and theatre artist, he has mastered the competencies that are now being recognized by contemporary organizations as invaluable to their health and sustainability: creative, artistic, imaginative, symphonic, and mythic.

David Robinson is the co-founder with Patti Digh of The Circle Project, a small consulting group coaching and working with individuals, organizations and communities to inspire inclusion, spark creativity, unleash authentic leadership, and open space for new stories by enhancing their capacity for innovation. Clients include Equity Residential, The Society For Human Resource Management (SHRM), The Boeing Company, The National Parks Conservation Association, The US Postal Service, ASAE, The Fetzer Institute, Drake University, Oregon Mentors Association, the University Of North Carolina - Asheville and the NW Diversity Leadership Alliance.

David was founder and director of The McCandless Communications Academy, dedicated to teaching core curriculum through experiential learning processes. As a consultant to school districts and curriculum developers, David has developed extensive knowledge and experience engaging the multiple intelligences, which he continues to use in a variety of contexts. David is on the faculty of Antioch University and a member of the National Storytelling Network. Recent clients include The Society for Humanism in Medicine, the Hudson Institute, The Fetzer Institute, Prudential Financial, and the San Lorenzo School District, in association with Dell and Microsoft. 

David has been Artistic Director of The Dimensions Theatre Project, General Manager of The Seattle Shakespeare Company, and Artist-in-Residence for the Lincoln Unified School District. He has taught for The Seattle Repertory Theatre, The Seattle Children's Theatre, Seattle Shakespeare Company, The Pacific Conservatory for the Performing Arts, and Bringing Theatre Into the Classroom, and has served as curriculum consultant for MacMillan-McGraw Hill, The Teacher's Curriculum Institute, and Lincoln and Haywood Unified Schools.

In addition to his professional experience in theater, as an artist, and corporate coach and consultant, David’s coach training is from the Center for Transformational Presence.
