I wish someone had written a book like this 20 years ago when I was taking my first steps into the world of the 'mystic.' Thanks so much for your effort and careful presentation. Your true integrity and intent really shines through.

NAPRA ReView
I picked up this book thinking it was just another roadmap to inner exploration for the purpose of spiritual transformation—how many do we need? Now, having given it a good try, I don’t want it missing from my personal process toolkit. It offers a guided experiential journey through the chakras, with useful insights into the experiences and issues to be found in each, with a total of 51 exercises designed to aid in personal discovery. I found the exercises engaging and effective. There are chapters on “Creating a Language of Love,” “Speaking Your Truth,” “Walking into the Anger, Facing the Fears,” and “Awakening the Inner Senses.” The author, a professional singer and voice teacher, shares his own story of discovering how to live in receptivity to spiritual guidance, emphasizing that there is no single way but rather a unique unfolding for each individual. He says, “The greatest tool we have for knowing God is ourselves.” It comes across that he knows whereof he speaks.
