Transformational Leadership Course Description
One of the most important aspects of leadership is personal and organizational transformation.  Transformation is a process that happens from within, a result of quantum shifts in awareness and practice, causing the whole of a community or organizational system to think, feel, and approach what they do in new ways—in essence, to vibrate to a new energetic frequency.  A significant factor in whether or not a leader is successful is his or her personal presence.  Therefore, the primary focus of our work in this program is to help you establish your most powerful, inspiring, and effective leadership presence and approach.

The Quantum Nature of Transformational Leadership: Power in Presence, Presence in Action is a course designed for anyone who feels called to be a leader or transformation agent in their world. This course offers deeper self-discovery and greater recognition of who you are and how you show up in life and leadership.  You will learn about life as energy in motion, and discover how to partner with energy and potential for accelerated and often extraordinary or breakthrough results. 

Through this course, you will learn how to facilitate quantum shifts within yourself and those you lead, and learn tools and skills to help you and those you lead “show up” in the world in more effective, productive, inspiring, and empowering ways.  The leader does not make the shift happen.  The shift happens as a result of the leader creating and holding the optimal space for transformation to occur—to be fully present with the potential of the moment, to follow that potential, to hold intention for everyone’s greatness to come through, to ask the right questions and open the right doors so that everyone involved can experience and embrace each next shift as it is ready to happen. From inner transformation comes sustainable outer change.       

Transformational Leadership involves calling forth the greatness of the human spirit in everyone around you.  It is through the human spirit that the breath of Life/Spirit/Consciousness/God moves through each of us.  You will learn tools and skills to help you more fully contribute to the positive evolution of the mass consciousness, creating a more expansive, compassionate, and inclusive worldview.  You will learn to listen in new ways, streamline your awareness, cut to the essence of a situation or opportunity, ask powerful questions that forward action and bring rapid results, recognize the greatest potential of what is wanting to happen, and partner with that potential to make significant contributions to our world.   

The goal of this program is not to teach you a specific method of leadership, but rather to help you show up to leadership in your most powerful and authentic way, and to give you new approaches, skills, and tools that will support you in being a highly successful, dynamic and effective leader.

• Specific tools and skills for leading and acting through energy awareness
• How to create optimal energetic conditions for transformation
• How to most efficiently call forth others to their greatest potential and support them in living that potential
• How to use manifestation principles for accelerating accomplishment of goals and realization of dreams

How is the program structured?
The Quantum Nature of Transformational Leadership is offered as an 18-session teleclass-based training program.  Each session is approximately 1 ½ hours long.

Teleclass Registration Fees

$1395 payment in full at registration or 5 monthly payments of $295

Fee includes 27 hours of teleclass time plus the 200+-page The Quantum Nature of  of Transformational Leadership Supplement.

Fee does not include long-distance telephone charges or additional required reading materials (approximately $50-$75 for required reading materials).
