Presence—how an individual or organization “shows up” in the world, the energetic space that their “being” creates, and the energy that they bring as they meet challenges, opportunities, dreams, and visions. Transformational Presence—a state of being in which one lives, leads, works, and engages in life from a place of profound alignment with who they are at their essence, with their soul mission or life purpose, with the emerging potential of the moment, and with the Greater Consciousness.  Transformational Presence calls forth greatness in others and creates the optimal energetic conditions for breakthroughs to occur and potential to manifest.   The more authentic and dynamic one’s presence, the more effective that individual or organization will be in serving the positive transformation and evolution of our world.

I'm Alan Seale. I'm a leadership and transformation coach and the founder, director, and principal coach of the Center for Transformational Presence. 

The Center for Transformational Presence is a discovery, learning, development, and transformation environment for individuals and organizations who are committed to making a significant difference in their world.

Grounded in the convergence of ancient wisdom teachings, evolutionary consciousness, universal spirituality concepts, and the basic principles of quantum physics, the Center's programs and philosophy are built on the fundamental concept that life is energy in motion.  When we partner with the universal laws of energy for creation and manifestation, extraordinary things happen. 

The Center for Transformational Presence offers leadership and personal development coaching as well as courses and training programs in Transformational Leadership, Transformational PresenceSM Coaching, Soul Mission, Manifestation, and Personal Presence. 

Through the Center’s programs, participants take their next steps in development as transformation agents. As each individual and/or organization claims the gifts they are here to share, steps fully into living those gifts, and supports others to do the same, collectively we serve the greater good at all levels of society—family, community, regional, national, multi-national, and global.

Our clients, members, and program participants are leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, coaches, artists, healers, teachers, and forward-thinking organizations from around the world who feel called to make a positive impact in the world. They know that there is more to life and work than the three-dimensional reality that meets the eye.  They acknowledge that there is a creative force or intelligence guiding the universe, whether they call that God, Spirit, Source, Consciousness, or simply the Intelligence, and they are driven by a strong desire to live and work in alignment with that universal creative force. 

As a further support, we host several online communities.  Each community offers resources and learning opportunities, with some community memberships also including discounts on services and programs, member-only teleconferences with our leaders, and more.
