For those who have completed the initial 7-month Coaching for Transformational PresenceSM program and would like continued mentor coaching support, we offer Mentor Coaching Groups. The structure for Mentor Coaching is 2-hour calls on a bi-weekly basis for a total of 8 to 10 sessions, depending on the group size. Each group is limited to 10 coaches and is led by Alan and/or one of our other leaders. 

In each session there are two practice coaching sessions followed by specific feedback for the coach about what worked really well, other directions the session could have gone, other questions that might have been asked, and helping the coach determine what they need to focus on next in their development as a Transformational PresenceSM Coach. 

Mentor Coaching Groups are scheduled as requested by coaches who have completed the initial 7-month program.
