Virtual Retreat

Virtual RetreatA Virtual Retreat is a semi-structured day of reflection, focus, or quiet done in the comfort of your home or location of your choice.  Many people choose to keep silence for most of the day, others have a particular goal or focus for the day, others simply desire quiet and reflection.  Regardless, it is about giving yourself a day of focus and attention on what is important to you.

Alan Seale is your retreat guide.  Together, you begin your retreat with a short phone call to set your intention for what you wish to accomplish or experience.  That call may also include a guided meditation to help you get centered and focused.  Then, on your own, you go about following your intention for the day.

At mid-day, you and Alan check in with a second call to see how you are doing, what new insights are arising, and what is unfolding.

Late afternoon brings a final call to wrap up the day.  You celebrate what has unfolded and Alan helps you set clear intentions and a structure for moving forward based on the learning, revelations, and accomplishments of the day.

In addition, Alan is available throughout the day to support you through short one-on-one coaching calls or email exchanges.

A typical Virtual Retreat day begins at 9:00 AM and wraps up at 4:00 PM, accommodating those with school-age children to fit their retreat into their school-day schedule.  Virtual Retreats can also be custom-designed for individuals who would like to start earlier and/or continue through the evening and even through the night.  Fees are adjusted accordingly for custom-designed virtual retreats.

One full day, usually 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Individual Virtual Retreats may be scheduled at the mutual convenience of coach and participant.  Fees vary depending upon the needs of the participant.
